Came here with my family, absolutely love the food here. I recommend the Halibut, it is really delicious and I love the Cod and haddock as well. The quality has been consistent for2 decades and is the best fish and chips in Toronto by far. The take out is fast and always has great service. The environment when you dine in feels intimate, cozy and always has 10/10 service. The decor and lighting is nice as well and the bar has a great feel to it.
There is no other place like this! Do yourself a favour and try the halibut and chips - it will blow your mind. The batter is light on the fish and the chips are perfect! The fish is the tastiest I've had in Ontario! If you're in the area, this is a must try!
So delish, we all had the halibut & chips with gravy. The fish & fries were amazing - not too greasy & very yummy! Coleslaw very nice too! Apple crisp for dessert was also so good & very generous portion!! Best fish & chips in Toronto!

I ordered calamari, cod, and chicken fingers with chips, and they were all delicious and incredibly fresh. The staff is very friendly and fast, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. My experience was amazing as this was my 1st time there. Clam chowder was perfect to warm you up on a cold snowy day. We had Cod which was super crunchy and flecky from the outside and soft flavorful from inside. Scrumptious dine in experience.
If I’m craving for any fish and chips, this is the place for me to go. It’s a good fish size covered in a nice light crispy batter. Fries and coleslaw ended up being nice sides. Also tried their clam chowder but that was just ok for me. They have parking around the restaurant but keep in mind on busier nights such as when they have drink specials, parking next to the restaurant can be hard to find and there will be lineups to get in.

Came here for lunch and the staff were friendly and attentive. Older establishment based on the decor that gives a warm, homey vibe. Ordered haddock and cod. The fish was cooked to perfection, draped in golden brown, crunchy batter in a good portion size. Fries were classic cut and the coleslaw was creamy crunchy. This is a can’t go wrong fish and chips restaurant, one of the best in the city.
